2023: Celebrating Legacy, Championing Innovation at PH Pianos

2023 promises to be a very exciting year! We are happy to share our plans and goals for the coming year with our partners, collaborators, and customers.

In 2023 our strategy builds on our legacy, grounded in Poul Henningsen’s incomparable designs, while bringing the new works of designers to life, in both our piano and furniture lines.
The pieces designed by Poul Henningsen comprise the collection of unique PH Pianos and PH Furniture products. We continue using our company name ToneArt to introduce unique piano, speaker, and furniture designs to the market.

Audio: Next-Level Design

Based on our understanding that music and audio are nearly inseparable from daily life, we have developed our glass ball speakers for the market. Each hand-blown sphere is infused with colors inspired by the Nordic landscape, and fitted with a state-of-the-art full-range speaker driver. With subwoofer options and the possibility to pair speakers together to work in stereo, these works of art are a fusion of stunning design and high-end sound quality.
As part of our strategy of innovation, through the medium of audio we are integrating music with interior and furniture.

Developing our Furniture Collections

Poul Henningsen’s varied body of work includes a large collection of furniture, as well as his piano designs. This year we release the completion of the line of steel tube furniture that PH first launched in 1932 for the first time. This will be one of the most unique collections of tubular furniture pieces on the market, and includes some new PH furniture pieces as well as launching the use of new colors on the full tubular steel collection.
We are also pleased to announce our new collection of furniture pieces under our ToneArt name, from contemporary Scandinavian designers. These pieces are beautiful, neutral and natural pieces referencing the cozy, 'hyggeligt' style that one associates with modern Scandinavian design. They feature natural leathers and beautiful wood, and the collection is unified through clean lines and simplicity as the collection’s core design principles.

Playing on All Senses in Life

Our unique design pianos, speakers, and our design furniture collection are a feast for the senses. In 2023, at our expanded premises in the best location in the heart of Copenhagen, we will bring our collection to another level.
We are adding a gallery to our space, opening up for more world-class concerts, as well as opening a piano school to complement our many existing music studios on site. We want many more to discover our hidden gems, and our showroom facilities will be an experience beyond one’s expectations.
